We made this bacon butternut squash chili from Civilized Caveman last night and it was DELICIOUS and perfect for the cold weather. I'd advise going a little easy on the apple cider vinegar. Don't cut the amount in half or anything, or you lose the zing in the broth...but you certainly don't want to add any more than is called for. We used ground venison, but any red meat will work with this recipe!
