OnRamp Series

OnRamp is a series of sessions designed to prepare clients for the faster paced CrossFit class. CrossFit uses Olympic lifting, basic gymnastics movements, kettlebells, medicine balls, and more....and we want to make sure you know how to use everything safely and correctly! 

During OnRamp we will learn the foundational movements of CrossFit including:

  • Squats: air squat, front squat, back squat, overhead squat

  • Presses: strict press, push press, jerk

  • Power lifts: deadlift, medball clean

  • Olympic lifts: clean and snatch

  • Gymnastics Movements: pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, burpees, and more!

  • Other Common CrossFit Movements: thruster, wall ball, kettlebell swing, jump roping, rowing, etc.

ALL movements can be scaled to ANY fitness level - so even if you have no weightlifting experience, during the OnRamp course you will learn how to scale each movement to your current ability. 

The OnRamp series consists of 4 sessions and costs $150. Completion of the OnRamp series is a requirement for participating in regular CrossFit classes. Session times are scheduled on an individual basis based on the schedules of you and your trainer.
