Ben got his first muscle up today!! This is a huge accomplishment!! In the CrossFit community, getting your first muscle up is like...slam dunking a basketball for the first time. It's such a cool thing to be able to do, lots of people spend a LOT of time trying to do it, and as soon as you can, your friends all want to see you do it over and over again. So next time you see Ben, make sure you give him a high five! What's a muscle up, you say?
