WOD

Every 5 min for 20 min:
400m Run
20 DB Sit Ups
20 SA DB Clusters (switch E5)
*In remaining time, the DB must stay off the ground

NO EQUIPMENT VERSION

Every 5 min for 20 min:
400m Run
20 Sit Ups
20 Up Down into Jumping Squats
*In remaining time, hold plank
