:30 biceps curls
:30 lateral raises
:30 upright row
:30 shoulder press
:30 rest

2 rounds, balancing shoe on fist:
5 TGU sit-up - left
5 overhead reverse lunge - left
5 TGU sit-up - right
5 overhead reverse lunge - right
5 push-ups

WOD

200m DB Run
20 DB OHS (55/35#)
*Switch as needed on DB OHS

NO EQUIPMENT VERSION

200m Weighted Run
20 Single Arm OHS
*Use any object that you can safely OHS. Modify to OH reverse lunge if needed.
*Use any weight for the run
*Switch arms as needed on OHS
