WOD

Every min for 20 min:
5 Burpee + 50m SPRINT
*Jog back to your starting point

*These are quick intervals! Don't pace it out from the beginning. Go hard from the start and expect a drop off.
*Make sure you have elevated your heart rate and are sweaty before going into your first interval.
