Warm- Up

TABATA quick feet with up/downs! (see below)
8 rounds, :20 on/:10 off:
Quick feet
UP = burpee w/o a push-up
DOWN = tuck jump

3 ways you can do this:
1) Play my video & do it along with us
2) Have your kids/significant other/roommate scream "up/down" at you
3) Perform an "up/down" every 5 seconds
**Best if done to the song Maniac from Flashdance!

Primer-
3 rounds:
10 alternating DB snatch
10 alternating reverse lunges
20 double unders/single unders/penguin hops
