NEW CLASS INFORMATION!
*Endurance classes are back! What does "endurance" look like? These classes will not contain barbell movements, and therefore do not require completion of the OnRamp course. Anyone can participate! The workouts focus on improving conditioning across a longer time domain.
*Competition class coming soon! For those who would like to follow the CrossFit Invictus competition programming, but under the supervision of a coach in a class setting, we are looking forward to being able to offer such class in the upcoming months - so stay tuned for more details! Meanwhile, the back floor is open for those who'd like to resume following that programming (or any other supplementary work) on their own. The back floor will be open for use 5am-6am Monday/Wednesday, Friday, 9:30am-11am Monday- Friday, and 4pm-5:30pm Monday-Friday. This area will not be available when OnRamp or Endurance classes are scheduled.
*OnRamp is coming back on August 10th! Now that we have a newly matted second space, we are bring back the OnRamp program for those who are new to CrossFit. Additionally, anyone who has joined CFCH in the past 2 months is welcome to join OnRamp at no additional cost. If you have any friends or family that are interested in trying CrossFit, now's a great time for them to get started!! We have options for class at 6am (Mon/Wed/Fri) or 5:30pm (Mon/Wed/Thurs).
*We are looking to add more class times to our schedule in the future. If there is a class time currently not offered that you'd like to see, please email info@crossfitcentralhouston.com and let us know!
