Every 90 seconds for 15 minutes:
hang snatch + snatch + OHS
*build to as heavy a complex as possible
WOD
4 rounds for total reps of each exercise:
1 minute reverse lunges with barbell in the back rack position (135/95#)
rest one minute
1 min burpees/ab mat sit-ups (alternate each round)
rest 1 minute
