In case you missed the Facebook post (it was on my personal page....), these pancakes are FANTASTIC and WLC approved. You can also make this as a scramble exactly the same way.
Recipe:
2 bananas
1 egg
1 heaping TBSP almond butter
Mash the bananas, then mix everything together. Cook in a pan like normal pancakes!
Strength
10 min EMOM: 2 strict press + 2 push press (from the ground)
WOD
Every 3 min for 18 minutes:
Run 200m loop/Row 250m
10 push ups on DB
10 DB rows (55/35#)
Endurance
Death by 10m:
EMOM for 10 minutes spring 10m, increasing by 10 min each minute
