Happy Halloween! The snatch is such a complicated movement and takes YEARS to master....but everyone did an absolutely AMAZING job of learning it and performing it today, most of us for the first time! Phil and I talked over and over about each and every person today and how impressed we were with the huge jumps in improvement made in just one class.
