100 ft Dball carry (100/70#)
10 Dball over shoulder
10 Dball squat
rest 2-3 minutes

ENDURANCE
A. Every 2 minutes for 24 minutes:
10 cal ski/row/bike
10 burpees
10 cal ski/row bike
