Ankle mobility is KEY to being able to squat well with an upright torso. Many people don't realize that they have tight ankles until they are mobilized and can feel the difference! You might need this tomorrow.....just saying'.......

20 minutes to establish a 1RM snatch

With a 20 minute running clock, perform the following in order:
1 attempt ME T2B (if less than 20 reps, then perform 20 for time)
1 attempt ME KBS (70/53#) (if less than 50 reps, perform 50 for time)

500m row

4 rounds for time:
20 DB snatch (35/25#)
20 sit ups
20 wall balls (20/14#)
200m run
