Monday 7.14.14

We will be heading to the CrossFit Games next week, and then on to vacation! Josh will be covering classes, and Grace and Stephanie will be taking care of endurance class. However,  the second class times will be cancelled (for instance, on Mon/Wed/Fri there will be only one 5am class, not two 5am WODs). Be sure that you sign up early in case classes fill up, and that you cancel if you can't make it so that someone else can get in. 

In other news...

Here's a quick snack idea: pumpkin seeds! You can buy these roasted and salted in the bulk isle of most grocery stores and eat them as is (which kind of reminds me of popcorn...), or you can follow these recipes to spice things up!
