If you haven't already seen on Facebook, our new Spotlight Athlete for this month is Jim!! We all know him for his awesome socks (Yay! Burpees!), but if you've ever been in class with Jim, or his partner during a competition Friday, you know that he is one of the friendliest and most helpful people you will ever meet. Jim is dedicated to making himself better, but he's also intent on making those around him better as well. Read more about him under the Spotlight Athletes tab! 

 

WOD
Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes:
5 power cleans @80% of 1RM
10 air squats
15 burpees over barbell
