It's testing week! Monday through Thursday we will be testing a different element of your fitness so that you can a) see how far you've come since our last testing (about 6 weeks ago), and/or b) so that you can have a benchmark for future testing. Be sure that you're writing these down! If you don't have a journal, we have some CFCH journals that are $15 and have spots to record your PRs in lifting and WODs for easy reference.
