Meet Alexis!

This Saturday Phil and I will be out running our first half marathon (yikes!!)! This means that there will be a guest coach on Saturday morning! Her name is Alexis, and she's a friend of ours from ClearLake CrossFit, where she's been coaching for a few years. You may have met her before, as she's come to a Saturday workout and a few weeks ago for the 6:30pm class. She's super nice and very knowledgable, so please welcome her if you come on Saturday!
