Inspiration

For those who don't know, Ray Lewis is a 13 time pro-bowl team selection, a two-time NFL defensive player of the year, and Super Bowl MVP. He retired from the NFL this year after his team won the Super Bowl. He's had some controversy surrounding him in the past, but he's also spent a large part of his time speaking to kids, inspiring them to work hard and set goals. This speech is one he gives to a group of inner city kids, and is such a fantastic message about dedication, hard work, and believing in yourself.
