When we hear "mobility," a lot of us think about stretching. This website is so much more than stretching your muscles that it will literally blow your mind. What's that? Your wrist is hurting you when you hold the front rack position? Kelly Starrett has videos about how to prevent and treat it.  So you want to know how to do burpees faster and easier? Done. Video for WOD 12.1. Pain when you run? Do a search on the site of "running" a up comes 5 pages worth of different videos. Literally this site will give you a ridiculous number of exercises and techniques to help you with your range of motion, flexibility, joint mobility and how to move safely. Who doesn't need all of those things? Trust me, we all need help with all of it. 
The website's author, Kelly Starrett, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a practicing physical therapist and the owner of CrossFit San Fransisco. His clients include the top CrossFit athletes in the world, Olympic athletes, elite cyclists and world class olympic lifters. I dare you to read his blog and watch his videos without cracking a smile. He delivers the content with wit and a sense of humor and humility that even though it's obvious he knows what he's doing, he makes the information accessible to someone without a physical therapy degree. Check it out at least once a week and see what a better athlete you become.
