GPP/ENDURANCE
Working in teams of 2 or 3, complete the following for time:
100 burpees (partner holds plank)
100 pull-ups (partner hangs from bar)
100 DB push press (45/30#) (partner holds Db overhead)
100 DB hang power cleans (45/30#) (partner holds DB at waist)
*One partner works at a time. Split reps as needed. Reps begin counting when "resting" partner is in position.
