10 pull ups
10 hand release push ups
10 deadlifts

GPP
A. 5 sets of squat clean 1-1-1
rest 1-2 minutes in between sets
build to the heaviest set possible
B. 3 rounds for time:
10 bar muscle ups
10 deadlifts (305/215#)

COMPETITION EXTRA
Front squat: In 7 sets or less, build to a heavy single
