This month's skill of the month is the ROPE CLIMB! In Part 1, we discuss exercises that will build grip and pulling strength.

FOUNDATIONS/GPP
A. 15 minutes to establish a 3RM bench press
B. 10 min AMRAP:
10  burpees
10 box jumps (24/20")
10 DB push press (35/25#)

COMPETITION EXTRA
A. (Pre GPP) Take 20 minutes to build to a 1Rm back squat
B. (during GPP) Take 15-20 minutes to build up to a 3RM bench press

ENDURANCE
8x400m run
rest 3 minutes in between
