200m slam ball carry (bear hug) (100/70#)
*on person works at a time, switch whenever you want
COMPETITION EXTRA
A. 20 min to establish 1RM snatch grip push press
B. With 100% of that weight, snatch balance x 1 rep EMOM for 10 minutes.
ENDURANCE
