We have about 75 folks on our Whole Life Challenge Team who are paying careful attention to (amongst other things) the ingredients of the food they're putting in their bodies for the next 8 weeks. Whether you're on the Whole Life Challenge or not, it can be overwhelming to consider all of the options for "healthy" meals to cook at home. The CFCH coaches have put together some of our favorite Whole Life Challenge approved recipes for ANYONE - Whole Life Challenge or not - to try out. Report back what you think!
