COMPETITION EXTRA PROGRAMMING
Technique work:
4 sets of:
5 sec clean pull to mid thigh + hang power clean (mid thigh) + hang clean (below knee) + split jerk with 2 sec pause in dip and receiving position

(Pre GPP)
A. Every 2 min for 18 minutes: 
perform 1, 3 position clean and jerk (3 pos clean = high hang clean + hang clean + clean) 
loads should be by %: 60/70/75/70/75/80/75/80/85

(post GPP)
