5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
*rest 90 seconds in between sets
ENDURANCE
Every minute on the minutes for 21 minutes:
min 1 - 10 reverse lunges w/DBs
min 2 - 10 burpees
min 3 - 10 DB push press
immediately following the EMOM, complete 3 rounds for time of:
12 reverse lunges
10 burpees
14 push press
*score = 3 rounds time + 1 minute for every minute missed during the EMOM
