Don't forget: this Saturday Jaime + Jackie, Jessica + Dennis, Jen S., and Rafe will be competing at the Summer Sizzler Competition at CrossFit Propel! This is a scaled competition, so if you've ever thought about competing, but are not sure if you're ready, or what it would be like, this is a GREAT competition to come check out! The teams will be competing in the morning from approximately 8am-1pm, and the individuals will be competing from 2pm-6:30pm.
