TESTING WEEK BEGINS! We will be testing lifts and performance benchmarks on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Thursday will be a scheduled make up day in case you are unable to make Monday-Wednesday. 

15 minutes each to establish a 1RM:
strict press
back squat

With 65% of 1RM strict press on the bar, 1 attempt ME of strict press until failure + PP until failure + push jerk until failure
then, 
Rest 3 minutes
800m run for time
