Monday 12.21.15

During the week of December 28th - January 2nd, there will be no Endurance classes. Those athletes who normally participate in Endurance, will be able to join the regular CrossFit classes, and workouts that week will be structured so that everyone can participate! This week is a time to give Coach Jaime a little break, but most importantly, to bring everyone together as we close out the year! 

STRENGTH
Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes:
DB/KB push press x 4-6 reps
DB/KB squats x 8-10 reps

WOD
Tabata:
air squats
push ups
sit ups

ENDURANCE
A. 10 sets of:
Run 1 Endurance Loop
Rest 60 seconds
B. 100 sit ups
