Time to start tackling those New Years healthy lifestyle resolutions! We are participating in the Whole Life Challenge as a gym starting on January 17th through February 20th (which is shorter than the advertised length of the challenge). The challenge has 3 different levels to choose from, depending on what you're ready for, and you earn points each day for things like eating right, drinking water, sleeping (!!!), and more! Plus, at the end of the 4 weeks, the male and female on our team with the most points will win a free month at the gym!
