Knee pain is something that we hear about quite often. It's pretty difficult to go through your everyday life, much less CrossFit, when bending at one of your major joints is painful! This is something you need to address! Your body isn't supposed to move painfully! Here are some videos from Mobility WOD's Kelly Starrett that address one potential cause of knee pain: missing range of motion. Did you know that everyone should be able to hyperextend their knees just a little bit? The first video is a test, and the second is one avenue for treatment.
