Beginners Competition this Saturday!

It's on folks and time to represent CrossFit Central Houston! This weekend we have 5 athletes competing in their first ever CrossFit competition! The first WOD begins at 8:30am and is in the parking lot of Freeway Baptist Church: 8702 Kingspoint Rd. Houston 77075. It's near Beltway 8 south and Blackhawk. They have posted details about the event on their Facebook Event Page (https://www.facebook.com/events/315184271928367/?fref=ts).  The competition should last until about 2pm with an awards ceremony and everything. SHOW UP READY TO BE LOUD and wear a CrossFit Central Houston tshirt if you have one!! Food will be available for purchase, but feel free to bring a cooler and a chair also.
