Beginner Competition Next Weekend

Ok, put it on your calendar and plan to be out there supporting our 4 athletes! Ben, Rene, Rachel M., and Angie are all competiting in the Beginners Competition at Cosmic CrossFit next Saturday. Come out and cheer them on, wear your CFCH tshirt if you have one, and let's show our support for their first CrossFit compeition!
