Today was our largest turn out for a weekday so far!!! We had 9 folks come through and experience the glory that is "Fran!" Wondering where these workouts got their names from? The story goes that Coach Glassman, founder of CrossFit, explained it this way: "I want to explain the workout once, then give it a name. I thought that anything that left you flat on your back, looking up at the sky and asking, 'What just happened to me?' deserved a female's name."
