Great workout today! Nothin' like a workout that requires some teamwork and communication! It was great to meet several people who were new to CrossFit, as well as some visiting friends from Pearland CrossFit.

3 min AMRAP of each:

ME tire slams
1 sled pull

ME wall balls
10 pull ups

ME burpees
10 tire jumps

*in between each couplet, ME push ups as a team
