RULE #11 (the last rule): CELEBRATING YOUR OWN SUCCESS IS GREAT, BUT CELEBRATING THE SUCCESS OF OTHERS IS WHAT MAKES US A GREAT COMMUNITY

I love this rule, and I think it's a great one to end on. It's pretty self explanatory - what you did was great, but what if we all celebrated each other, too?? Then, instead of 1 person (you) being excited about a PR or a new skill learned, you get a whole group of people (everyone else) excited about it. Think about how great it would feel if we all did that for one another. Imagine an environment where you don't even have to mention your accomplishments because other people are already telling everyone else about them -- sounds awesome, right? Let's do it.
