There will not be class next Saturday, as Phil and I will be out of town attending a CrossFit Coaches Prep Course. We'll be leaving on Friday evening, so there will also not be a 6:30pm class on Friday...but 5:30 is still on! We're committed to continuing our education so that we can best coach and support you!

-partner hangs from bar*
50 back squats
-partner holds plank*
50 deadlifts
-partner holds bottom of squat* 
50 back squats
-partner holds plank*

-partner hangs from bar*

*when the person hanging from the bar/holding plank/holding squat falls, partners must switch. Repeat until 50 reps of the exercise are completed
