I don't always eat fish, but when I do, I use this recipe for coconut curry (don't be scared) crusted fish.
I don't dislike fish, I just wish that I liked it more. It's so good for you with all of those omega-3s and lean protein...so you can bet that if I like this recipe A LOT, then it must be pretty good. Eat Paleo, my friends.
