Last week we made this recipe for Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs and it turned out delicious! Homemade honey mustard?! You can't go wrong with that. Those who are new to Paleo, or even kids, will love that this taste is familiar, but making it with all fresh ingredients means that you know what's going in your food! It took less than 10 minutes to prep, and then I just tossed it in the oven.
Against a 5 minute clock:
400m run with 20/14# med ball, then:
round 1: ME deadlifts (225/155#)
round 2: ME rope climbs
round 3: ME SDHP (70/53#)
Rest 3 minutes between rounds
