Grip Strength

Grip Strength: you need it. For for pull-ups, for pulling from the ground, for pulling from a hang, for swinging anything including a kettlebell or slegde hammer, for opening a jar, for using a screwdriver or just about any other tool, for carrying stuff including but not limited to dumbells, barbells, groceries, children, and luggage bags through the airport, and for your handshake.
