Saturday 10.27.12

Someone asked us recently, "If your gym had a personality, what would you want it to be like?" and our response was, "Work hard, play hard." Today was a perfect example of that personality. It was so awesome to see a group of grown ass people who were willing to spin around on a bat and spit grapes into a bucket, and then work their butts off doing all sorts of exercises in crazy costumes right next to a busy street. That's CrossFit Central Houston, my friends: Work hard, play hard.
