(pause 2-3sec at 2" above ground, mid-patella, and high hang)

E90s for 9min
(Clean Pull w/3sec Lift Off + Hang Clean) x 3 reps

EMOM for 6min
2 Clean w/3sec Lift Off

*Purpose of today is drilling in positions on the first 2 pulls, with emphasis on the first pull
*The 3 second lift off forces a slow first pull to make sure the athlete is in a good position before starting the second pull
