EMOM for 21min
Min 1 - 4 Bar-Facing-Burpee + 6 Deadlift (315/205)
Min 2 - 4 BFB + 30 DU
Min 3 - 4 BFB + 20 Air Squat

*Use the first round through to make an educated decision on if you should scale the reps for the rest of the EMOM. Then stick with those reps. Minimum of 3 BFB per minute
