FOUNDATIONS
A. With a partner, alternating rounds, every 2 minutes for 20 minutes:
Station 1 - DB bench press x 6-8 reps
Station 2 - KB deadlift x 6-8 reps

GPP
A. With a partner, alternating rounds, every 2 minutes for 20 minutes:
Station 1 - bench press x 2-3 reps
Station 2 - deadlift x 5-7 reps

B. Seal walk 100 steps NOT for time

COMPETITION EXTRA WORK
(Pre GPP)
A. EMOM for 12 minutes
Min 1 : 2-5 UB muscle ups
Min 2 : 10-15 T2B
Min 3 : 30-50 UB double unders

B. 3 sets each for time of: 10 power clean and push jerks (135/95#)
