Look what's new at CrossFit Central Houston! You can now purchase the Natural Grip in house! In our opinion, these are the best option for hand protection. Just choose your size according to the ring finger sizer on the package, use athletic tape to fasten them around your wrists, and voila! These grips can last quite a while depending on how much you use them! Unlike gloves (boooooooo) and other grips, these don't aversely effect your grip by adding so much girth to the bar, but still protect your hands from ripping as easily.
Please note: you'll need athletic tape to keep these on your wrists. While one roll of athletic tape isn't particularly expensive (go to Academy. It's like two dollars.), constantly supplying athletic tape for 200 people turns out to be a loooooooooot of money. You'll need to bring your own. :)
