Brussels and sweet potato hash recipe: I made something similar to this today and  it served as a great base for a bunch of different meals! We added venison tonight, but you could add any meat - we did our stir fry style - and Phil even added some rice to his bowl. My suggestion is that you make this in bulk so that you can modify with different sauces and meats as you choose throughout the week!
