Is your costume ready for the Halloween WOD this Saturday??! Join us on Halloween for 8am and 9am classes and if you want to participate in class, you'll need to WEAR A COSTUME! The warm-up and workout are designed to be fun and challenging....with an emphasis on FUN! 

WOD
Every 3 minutes for 30 minutes, alternate stations:
Station 1: 5 deadlifts + 5 tall box jumps
Station 2: 3 bench press + 6-8 ring rows

ENDURANCE
A. 3 rounds:
Row 500m
21 burpees
12 DB thrusters (35/25#)

B. 50 partner med ball sit ups
