It's almost WHOLE LIFE CHALLENGE TIME! If you haven't done so already, get a Pinterest page. Pinterest is a FANTASTIC resource for recipes, which you'll be needing a LOT of for the WLC. Once you create your page, you can 1) type in Whole Life Challenge recipes in the Pinterest search, look at the pictures that come up, click on something that looks delicious, and get the recipe, AND 2) Follow CrossFit Central Houston on Pinterest, browse our recipes that are organized by meal type, click on something that looks delicious, and get the recipe!
Create your grocery list each week using the "recipe book" that you create on Pinterest, and then you have all of your recipes in one location later on when it's time to cook.
