MORE SNACKS! Well, these Key Lime Coconut Energy balls are amazing. Think: Key Lime pie-ish. We had all the ingredients in our house already, so this took about 5 minutes to make and they are delicious! These could be really fun for kids to help with rolling the mixture into balls and covering them with coconut.
