The Open starts tomorrow! It's not too late to register! For the next 5 weeks, the Open workout for the week will be announced and streamed live on games.crossfit.com at 7PM. The event will be broadcast from a different CrossFit gym each week and will include announcement of the WOD followed by two Games athletes completing it in front of a live crowd at the venue. We will be projecting the live stream of the Open WOD announcement at CFCH! Come and hang out, bring your dinner with you if you want, and let the announcement and community serve as motivation for your Friday Open WOD performance!
